IV SHORT FILM FESTIVAL CUSCO PERU 2007

1. The Fourth edition of the National and International Short Film Festival of Cusco Peru , FENACO, will be held in the city of Cusco on the 15, 16 and 17 November. The Festival is organized by the Associación Cultural Delluc. Categories: Fiction, Documentary, Animation, film school (Fiction, Documentary, Animation) .
2. the shortfilms wich participates in the student category should present the documents with a enclosed letter from the autority of the educational institution wich accredit that the film represents the institution before FENACO. In case of prize, the recognition would be to the director of the film with a mention to the institution, school or university who has present the film.
3. The Film's total running time should be between 1 minute to 30 minutes .      
4. All films must have been completed after January 1, 2002 .
5. Format: DVD NTSC or Multizone .
6. Films in other language than spanish, must have spanish subtitles (any question about this writes us) .
7. To participate, you must send a DVD to the organization address before September 30, 2007 , with the inscription form and a photo from the film and director .
8. Each DVD must contain only one short film .
9. All short films selected will be screened exclusively with a DVD, with best quality sound and image possible .
10. You must indicate clearly which category you wish to enter
11. Deadline for submissions sunday September 30, 2007 . Submission is free .
12. A Committee appointed by the organization will select the films. This committee will notify the results of the selection
13. The Film directors will be receiving an e-mail announcement of their participation.
14. All decisions made by the Selection Committee and the Official Judges are unappealable.
15. Films chosen to be presented will receive a Certificate of Participation from the festival.
16. The festival reserves the right to use the films partially or completely in order to promote the event.
17. The festival select best short films will send to competition and exhibition  Net Latin American Films Festival. If the works obtain  prizes and mention  will be totally short film director.

20. The festival will not return the films once they have been received.
21. The material should be sent by postal service, delivery costs will be paid by the sender of the film, we dont pay any taxes courier services . 
22. The organising committee of the Festival, will decide any matter arising during the Festival, which is not covered by these Regulations.
23. Your inscription implies the acceptance of all these General Conditions.
